Shipping Policy
We're committed to ensuring your motorcycle accessories and gear reach you quickly and safely. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with clear information about our shipping processes, costs, and estimated delivery times.
Shipping
Shipping is usually done in 24 to 72 hours after receiving order. If need express shipping contact our team at 7000691955. If you are making backorder or product is in pre-order state then it will be shipped when we get new stocks.
Once order is shipped and not received when delivery attempt is made, it will come back to us. In such case of RTO (Return to Origin), shipping cost of return and reshipping is to be born by Customer. Once order is shipped tracking details are shared on SMS or email and also can be checked in your website account. In any case of delay in delivery due to shipping service provider, we will not be liable. You need to contact shipping service provider.
Order Processing
- We strive to process and dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2-4 business days
- Other urban areas: 5-7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7-10 business days
- Some Products are made on order, so may take time of 10-14 days.
Shipping Partners
- We collaborate with reputable courier partners to ensure reliable and efficient delivery
- Our primary shipping partners include XpressBees, ShadowFax, India Post, BlueDart, DTDC, and FedEx etc.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.
- It is customer responsibility to fill in correct address, phone number while placing the order. In case incorrect/incomplete address is mentioned, shipment may be returned by courier partners. In such a case, reshipping charges need to be paid by the customer.
- Our sellers ship from multiple locations. This may cause your order to arrive in separate packages. Detailed shipment dates and tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at time of order. Shipping times vary depending on what state you are located in and the carrier that is used to ship your package. You can expect a delivery within 9-10 business days of shipment leaving. In case of remote/difficult to serve areas, expect a delivery within 10-12 business days.
- Orders are shipped within 3 days from receiving order (unless otherwise specified) and tracking details updated one day after that.
- As a general practice always check your courier package for any tampering or damage before you sign the POD receipt. In case there is a problem please don't accept the package or sign the POD and let us know the Name / Phone number of the person delivering the package.
- Always click an unedited unboxing video while opening the box and taking out the product.
- Motofy Store is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities
- Motofy Store is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
- In case a customer wishes to cancel the order before it is shipped, 20% deduction towards processing & Merchant Gateway fees will be applied. Once an order is shipped, cancellation of the order is not possible.
Viewing & tracking orders
When your package leaves the seller's warehouse, an email/sms with the tracking number will be generated and sent to you. If you do not receive this email/message, first check the spam or junk folder of your mailbox/message app. If you do not receive the email/sms still, please contact us via Contact Us page as soon as possible.
You can go to the shipping carrier’s website and enter the tracking number or follow the link through the email we sent you. If you are trying to check the status the same day your order leaves our warehouse, the tracking will likely not be updated by the carrier yet as it may have only recently been shipped out. You should try to check the tracking number the next day and it will likely work fine.
Multiple Item Orders
- If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery
- You will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments
Shipping Restrictions
- We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain areas based on our shipping partners' coverage.
- If we're unable to ship to your location, we will inform you promptly.
International Shipping
Currently Motofystore.in serves only the Indian territory.
We're working on expanding our services to international customers in the future.
