Return & Refund Policy

We at Motofy Store, strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we're committed to addressing them fairly and efficiently. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.


1. Exchange & Replacements Policy

 

Wrong size, wrong color - No Problem! If there was mistake from our side (i.e. wrong size and/or wrong color delivered) in the product that you received, we will bear the return shipping charges (not exceeding the shipping charges charged at the time of sale) and re-shipping charges.

If you made a mistake while placing the order, please get in touch with us urgently to change the order. It is easier to change the product before it is shipped. You can contact us during office hours by call / SMS / Whatsapp on 7000691955 or email us on motofystores@gmail.com and we will be happy to change your order. 

If you received riding gear that you wish to replace because of size issue, then Worry Not! we will facilitate the replacement. You will need to bear the return shipping charges and re-shipping charges. Just make sure that the product is not used and has all the original tags still attached. Items repacked, tags removed etc won't be replaced. Replacements must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Ideally return the product in the same box you received it in. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you (after collecting reshipping charges from you, if any). Product must be shipped back within 48hrs of receiving the product. Any late claims will not be entertained.

You will need to choose replacement from the products available in stock. In case the size and/or graphic that you want as replacement is not available, we will be unable to execute replacement and/or refund.

Points to keep in mind:

  • Size replacement can be done only once. Repeated replacements will not be permitted.
  • Exchange / Replacement for spares (sprockets, spark plugs, air filters) is not permitted.
  • Return of any product will not be accepted.
  • In case of any manufacturing issue, it must be brought to our notice by email to motofystores@gmail.com within 3 days from receipt of the material. We will be happy to help you out in making a warranty claim with manufacturer.

Keychains, stickers, helmet accessories like visors, ratchets, chin curtains, nose guards, and intimate commodities like balaclava, badges, T-shirts, Hoodies, skull cap, arm sleeves, hydration bladder can't be exchanged / returned. 

NOTE - To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Return Process

2.1 Inspection and Notification

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product thoroughly within 2 days of delivery.
  • If you find any damage, wrong item, or missing parts, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Notifications received after 2 days for missing parts will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

2.2 Return Request

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at motofystores@gmail.com or call us at +91-7000691955.
  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged product or wrong item received.

2.3 Return Window

  • All return requests must be made within 3 days of the order receiving.
  • We will not accept any return requests made after 3 days of the order receiving, unless required by law.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase or as per the customer's requested payment method.
  • The refund amount will include the cost of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Replacements

  • If available, we will offer a replacement for damaged or incorrectly sent items.
  • In case a replacement is not available, we will process a refund as per the above-mentioned policy.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, altered, or customized are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Certain items like helmets, if used or worn, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before the item is shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged product, wrong item sent), we will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

8. Quality Guarantee

  • We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately for resolution.

9. Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at - motofystores@gmail.com 

10. Sale items  

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

11. Return Shipping

 To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over 500 INR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
