We strive to ensure that all our products are delivered in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that a product is delivered damaged, we are happy to assist with an exchange under the following conditions:
1. Proof of Damage:
• Customers must provide clear photos and unpacking videos of the damaged product as evidence.
• These should be shared with our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Exchange Process:
• Upon verification of the damage, we will arrange for the damaged product to be returned and replaced with a new one at no additional cost.
3. Exclusions:
• Any damage reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
• The product must remain unused and in its original packaging for the exchange process to proceed smoothly.
