Pricing

• All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to manufacturer price revisions, market conditions, or pricing updates.
• In the event of an incorrect price, product information, or availability displayed on our website due to technical or human error, Motofy Store reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Order Verification

Motofy Store reserves the right to hold, verify, or cancel any order if:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided.
• The contact number is invalid or unreachable.
• The order appears suspicious or cannot be verified.

Our team may contact you to verify your order before processing.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders under the following conditions:

• A minimum order value of ₹500 is required.
• A 30% advance payment is mandatory to confirm every COD order.
• The advance payment can be made via UPI, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
• To complete your COD confirmation, please contact our sales team at +91 70006 91955 after placing your order.

Orders will be processed only after the advance payment has been received.

Out-of-Stock Products

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed:

• We will inform you via your registered email address or phone number.
• A full refund will be initiated within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.

For security reasons, refunds cannot be transferred to a different bank account, UPI ID, wallet, or payment method, unless we choose it due to failure of payment in original payment method.

Additional Charges

Any local taxes, duties, levies, octroi, or other charges imposed by local authorities at the destination, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.

Store Pickup Orders

Orders placed using the Store Pickup option are considered final and are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

By placing an order on Motofy Store, you acknowledge and agree to this Payment Policy. Motofy Store reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
